Change your mind?

We understand everyone changes their mind sometimes and things don't always fit, so KIVITY accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.

We do not offer size or colour exchanges.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please submit a return request with photos attached. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement if stock is available, or issue a full refund.

  • Standard shipping fee: AUD $40

    ※ Please note: If a promotional free shipping offer is applied and an order is returned, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

  • - Shipping time: Usually takes 7-14 business days.

    - Even for orders placed on the same day, delivery dates may vary depending on product availability and logistics conditions.

    - Products are limited in stock and may sell out quickly. Real-time stock changes may lead to cancellations.

    - Changes to the shipping address, options, or combined shipping require cancellation and reorder.

    - If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request via Return&Request while the order status is "Preparing for Shipment".

    Cancellation is not automatic and will be reviewed by our team.

    Once approved, you will be notified by email.

  • - Return requests must be submitted via the [Return&Exchanges] board.

    - Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

    - Due to international shipping, returns may take 14-20 days.

    - Return shipping fees apply for returns due to simple reasons, but no shipping fee will be charged for returns due to defects.

    - Once your return parcel has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and funds will be returned to the Credit Card, Paypal account, or payment method used that was used for the original transaction.

    - Returns and refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed after the product arrives and is inspected.

    - Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as KIVITY cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us!

    KIVITY does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.

  • - Loose threads in stitching: These can be cut off by hand and are not considered defects.

    - Inconsistent stitching or thread count: As some products are handmade, slight variations are normal and not considered defects.

    - Wrinkles from shipping: Wrinkles that appear due to shipping are not considered defects.

    - Size variations: Even with the same design, color variations can cause size differences of 3-4 cm. This is normal due to fabric shrinkage differences by color.

    - Minor fabric scratches or debris: These are natural occurrences in the fabric and are not considered defects.

    - Dust shedding: Most products are pre-washed, so dust shedding may occur when first worn or washed. This will subside after 2-3 washes and is not a defect.

    - Pilling (bobbling): Pilling can happen when fabrics are blended. It may occur from washing, friction, or contact with other clothing during storage. It is not considered a defect.
